Easy Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps to return an item:
- Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
- Securely pack the items in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of the purchase receipt or order confirmation.
- Send the package to our return address provided by our customer service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or damaged item and need to exchange it, follow the return steps, and specify the exchange in your communication with customer service.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items, such as personalized or customized products, are final sale and cannot be returned.
